John Summit

John Summit is a Chicago-bred DJ and producer who traded a CPA career at Ernst & Young for the booth and hasn’t looked back. His breakout single Deep End on Defected Records became the longest-running Beatport number one of its year and established a sound rooted in driving tech house with pop-sized hooks – a formula that took him from fraternity parties in Illinois to headlining Madison Square Garden and The O2.

His Experts Only label has grown into one of dance music’s most recognisable brands, earning SiriusXM Powertools Label of the Year and expanding from a release platform into a global events series. Summit’s DJ sets are high-energy and crowd-facing, built for rooms that range from festival main stages at Coachella, Tomorrowland, and Ultra to intimate club shows.

In Ibiza, he holds a residency at Hi Ibiza with the Experts Only party, bringing his roster of artists to one of the island’s flagship rooms on a weekly basis. It’s a natural fit for someone who built his career on understanding what makes a dancefloor move.
