Chinois Presents: Maceo Plex, Raxon, Bruz

Maceo Plex headlines a special Chinois Presents date on Monday 6 October, bringing one of house and techno’s most distinctive voices to the San Antonio club. The Ellum boss is known for cinematic, bass-heavy productions and long, hypnotic sets that build slowly and hit hard. He is joined by Raxon, whose melodic, driving style has become a festival and club staple, and Bruz rounding out the bill.

Chinois pairs an intimate main room with a striking pan-Asian design, making it one of the island’s more atmospheric spaces for this kind of deep, groove-led programming. Expect a focused, dancefloor-first night that runs late into the morning.

This is a one-off outside the venue’s weekly residencies, and one of the standout bookings of the closing season.
