We’re heading west toward the beautiful Cala Tarida. Just a few kilometres inland, we come to our next ultra modern luxury villa, Villa Mikkie.

Mikkie is the newest villa on our list, having only been built in 2018 by renowned architect Isabelle Stanislas. Her geometric inspired style is evident wherever you look on this one floor property. It’s a minimalist, indoor-outdoor living dream.

There are just 4 bedrooms at the villa, but you’ll have all the space in the world to enjoy your stay: the grounds are over 15000sqm. The living space blends seamlessly into the sprawling grounds, with an 18m infinity pool to wile away the days as you look out toward the West of Ibiza and its incredible sunsets every night.

For a group of 8 looking for complete privacy, we can’t recommend any other luxury villa in Ibiza highly enough.

Time for something completely different, but no less jaw-dropping. Dalt Vila Palace is located in the very heart of the famous UNESCO World Heritage site in Ibiza Town. And what a hidden gem this is.

The property, set over 4 floors was originally built in the 18th century, but has been renovated to an extremely modern standard. There are 5 bedrooms located across each of the floors inside the property, with a maximum capacity of 12 guests.

There’s a distinct regal flair to the interior design, with a stunning mix of original features mixed with a modern black, white and gold colour scheme.

However, the real showstopper for the property is the private roof terrace. Here you have your own dining area, swimming pool and loungers set over a huge 220m2 space. You’ll never get tired of the 180 degree view which captures so much of the island: the port, cathedral, hills to the west, and unbeatable sunrises to the east.

With such an incredible setting, you’ll feel like you have everything Ibiza offers right in your hands. And unlike nearly every other villa on our list, being in the heart of the action means you’ll never struggle to get a taxi!

Time to escape the city. We’re heading back west, to a pretty Villa named Manuaya. It’s a short drive up the hills from San Jose, and as you can tell from the photos, another modern property that was completed very recently in 2017.

Manuaya boasts beautiful, sweeping views to the West of Ibiza and into San Antonio Bay. With views like this, it’s no surprise the entire property was designed to enjoy this west-facing aspect. There are 5 ensuite bedrooms at the villa which can comfortably accommodate a group of 10.

There’s lots of comfortable living space indoors and out. It’s another villa with a huge amount of attention to detail wherever you look. We love the marble finishes in each of the sleek bathrooms.

Despite being relatively secluded in the hills near San Jose, Manuaya is only a short distance from the village and just off the EI-700 road making it a more accessible option than most villas in the list.

We’ve looked at lots of villas toward the West coast, so it’s time to head East. Es Canar is a small village a few kilometers north of Santa Eularia. Here we present to you Villa Es Canar.

It’s a 6 bed, 12 person finca style villa that boasts hugely impressive gardens and grounds. There are indoor and outdoor terraces and lounges wherever you look, with palm trees dotted around one of the largest villa pools we’ve ever seen on the island.

The interiors are a little dated compared to other villas on our list, but it’s the outdoor space that really makes Villa Es Canar unique for us. Not only that, but if you’re looking for more affordable luxury, this is our best value pick in the list even during high season.

Zen Golf is a beautiful, multi-level villa in Roca Lisa. It’s located close to (you guessed it) Ibiza’s only golf course. Roca Lisa is on the East Coast of Ibiza, around half way between Ibiza Town and Santa Eularia.

It’s an incredibly well designed space that’s benefitted from recent renovation. With 6 double bedrooms located over 3 floors, there’s ample space for 12 guests to enjoy 3 terraces, 2 pools, gym and even a study / office.

The stunning Cala Olivera beach is a short drive away, and if your idea of a perfect getaway in Ibiza involves a round of golf instead of clubbing, then you really won’t find a better luxury villa than this 😉

Up in the hills near Sant Jordi you’ll find the largest villa on our list, Fountain Ibiza. And this place is huge! The villa alone is over 650m2, while there’s no less than 90000sqm for large groups of up to 20 people. Yes you heard that right – 20 people can comfortably stay at this stylish villa consisting of 10 double bedrooms and bathrooms.

Sant Jordi is a great spot to stay in Ibiza if you’re looking for easy access to the airport but also being only a 10 minute ride away from the clubs of Playa d’en Bossa or Ibiza’s Old Town. Indeed, you’re spoilt with stunning views over this part of the island: a beautiful sight as Dalt Vila lights up at night.

Being such a large space, you won’t be surprised to hear there are many options for entertaining at Fountain. There are large indoor and outdoor dining tables, balinese beds, jacuzzis and all sorts of shared areas to explore around the property. It’s like staying in your very own private boutique resort hotel here.

Villa Star might just well win the award for the most Instagrammable villa on our list. Located a short distance from the KM4 towards San Jose (near the airport), it boasts stunning views of Salines Beach and Formentera to the east.

It’s a Gaudi inspired dream. A perfectly renovated large finca hosting 12 people across 6 bedrooms. The most beautifully manicured gardens boasting vibrant colours wherever you look. And the piece de resistance is the huge infinity pool looking out toward the sea.

It’s no wonder this villa is a popular choice for weddings and special events alike. This could be the Luxury Ibiza Villa you’ve been waiting for.

The only villa in our list to feature on the south coast of Ibiza is Villa Rugois. It’s an extremely impressive property that you’ll find near to the tiny village of Es Cubells, not far from the famous Blue Marlin beach club in Cala Jondal.

The whitewashed walls of the main house are matched with ultra modern interior finishes in each of the 5 bedrooms. There’s no doubt however that outside is where you’ll be spending most of your time – with a large decked area that includes a swimming pool, outdoor dining room and several terraces to relax and watch the world go by.

The views are to die for in this part of Ibiza. We couldn’t imagine a better place to relax and spend your entire trip at home. With Es Cubells being a more difficult part of the island to reach, you might not want to leave once you get to the villa!

We promised something spectacular to end on, and this is it. Tagomago Island is the only private island you can hire off the coast of Ibiza, and it’s less than a kilometer from the main island near Cala Negra.

Why is it in our list? Well, there are only 2 buildings on the island: a lighthouse, and your villa. Yes, your rental is in fact a booking for the entire island to yourself.

You might struggle to find a more impressive place to stay in Europe, or even the world, let alone Ibiza.
