Located in Playa d’en Bossa, Hï Ibiza is the island’s newest superclub.

Open every night during the summer season, it has something for every type of clubber that comes to the island. From VIP to underground sounds, Hï Ibiza has quickly developed a reputation as a must visit for any trip to Ibiza.

Hï Ibiza History

Hï Ibiza occupies the same building that was previously known as Space. The building dates back to 1986, where Space ran as a club for 30 years until its closure.

The Ushuaïa Group, already owners of sister club Ushuaïa across the road, announced in 2016 they would be purchasing the club. After undergoing an extensive refurbishment in under 6 months, the club was ready to open for the summer 2017 season.

In refurbing the club, Romain Pissenem, brother of Yann Pissenem the founder of Ushuaïa, wanted to build a new concept of electronic theatre.

I think Hï is this exactly this perfect balance between a club, with party people, but at the same time a proper theatre. One day, one different artist, one different production

It was never going to be easy replacing the clubbing institution that was Space, however, few can argue that the first three seasons of this completely refreshed and refurbed club have been anything but a big success.

And as such, the awards have started to arrive. In 2019 the club won the best global nightclub in the Golden Moon Awards.

In 2022 and 2023, Hï was voted the best club in the world by DJ Mag.

For us, Hï Ibiza is a shining example of the progression of clubbing in Ibiza and we have no doubt that will continue for years to come.

Club Information

Hï Ibiza can hold up to 5,000 people. It has two main rooms: The Theatre (previously known as the Discoteca at Space), which is the main room and has the largest dancefloor, set over two floors (the first floor being VIP only).

The Club (previously known as la Terrazza at Space) is set on one floor and has a more intimate feeling. It’s a smaller room with three separate VIP areas surrounding the DJ booth.

Hï Ibiza has a third room called the Wild Corner. How can we explain it? Well, it’s set amongst the ground floor toilets… and we can tell you it’s a lot of fun.

Where else can you dance to FatBoy Slim whilst waiting to use the bathroom? Only in Ibiza of course 😉

There are also two open air terraces at the club with plenty of outdoor seating.

Production

Hï Ibiza’s lighting system is something to behold. It uses a Robe lighting set up, which is highly customisable to the point where the rigs can move around the Theatre room based on the night’s production requirements.

For its sound system, the club has a custom Adamson set up, having removed the previous Funktion One system previously used at Space.

Hï Ibiza VIP

Ibiza’s newest superclub was refurbished in 2017 to an extremely high standard. It now opens every night throughout the summer, typically from midnight until 6am.

Hï Ibiza was developed with an emphasis on VIP. There are two dancefloors in the club.

The Theatre is the main room. It features a long dancefloor surrounded by VIP tables at different levels all facing the DJ booth.

Meanwhile, the more intimate club room has three large VIP areas all surrounding the DJ booth.

Incredible light & sound systems, an abundance of glamorous VIP sections, and even a DJ booth by the club’s main toilets.

Hï Ibiza isn’t cheap, but you can buy drinks packages in advance to save money if you plan on buying a few drinks during your night.

You can choose to buy drinks packages during the checkout stage of purchasing tickets.
