Open air magic in Benimussa Hills

Want to know when there’s news about 2026? Leave your email and we’ll be in touch 🙏

528 is an Ibiza playground of wonder, wild vibes & open-air magic in Benimussa Hills.

From zoo to theatrical dining to underground party hotspot – now reborn under Ibiza Rocks Group.

If you’ve heard the legends of Zoo Project, Gala Nights at Benimussa Park or intimate theatre-dining‑then‑dance experiences, welcome to the new era: 528 Ibiza.

Nestled in the pine‑fringed hills above San Antonio, 528 is where industrial charm meets theatrical wonder – from day into night, nature into club, dining into escape.

528 Ibiza History

Once a working zoo, the venue became Benimussa Park, home to Ibiza’s iconic Zoo Project for nearly a decade.

During Covid, the venue morphed into a theatrical dining spot, complete with shows and elevated dining. Now, under the stewardship of Ibiza Rocks Group (Andy McKay’s team behind Ibiza Rocks & Pikes), it’s returned to its roots – but with full‑on Ibiza club couture.

The club is named the 528Hz frequency – known for its “positive energy and deep connection to Ibiza”.
