BBC Radio 1 Dance X Ibiza

What began in 1995 as a bold experiment has become an enduring force in global dance music. Now, BBC Radio 1’s Ibiza weekender returns to the island for its 30th anniversary – and with it, the opening night lands at 528 Ibiza, a venue reborn from the wild legacy of Benimussa Park and The Zoo Project.

More than just a party, Radio 1 Dance X Ibiza is a cultural reset button. A ritual for a generation raised on playlists, warehouse raves, and festival flags. For many, this will be their first taste of the island’s madness, and there’s no better initiation than this: the open-air debut in the lush surroundings of 528, with the sun setting and the speakers ready to blow.

Expect zero pretense and maximum energy, as a stacked lineup of tastemakers and festival giants soundtrack a night that transcends trends and taps directly into the pulse of dance culture.
